By placing an order with Damselle Tiaras & Wedding Accessories you will be in acceptance of these terms and conditions
which form a legally binding contract between you (the customer) and Damselle Tiaras & Wedding Accessories.
Delivery Times and rush order charges:
Delivery times may vary throughout the year and are also different for each manufacturer. We try to keep an up to date
notice on the website of average times. Most brides give themselves plenty of time before the big day, often ordering
months beforehand. For those whose date is quite close, please contact us to see what we can do - you can find an
email link in the bottom menu of this page.
Average delivery times are 7 - 10 days (unless a rush order is arranged for a surcharge of £10).

PLEASE NOTE: Halo & Co tiaras can take up to 4 weeks to be delivered during busy periods.
Payment MethodsPayments will be shown in British pounds throughout the website. You may also view prices in Euros and US Dollars.
(Please note: shipping charges will be applied to deliveries outside the UK - see shipping charges below).
We currently accept payments by PayPal, all major credit cards, cheque or postal order.

Privacy Policy
Contact information, including email address, telephone number, address, which is provided by the user is used solely
for the purpose of completing the order unless otherwise requested, in which case we will send you information on
new products and offers. Financial information, including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used
soley to bill the customer for their order.
Returns Policy
Returns are accepted only with prior authorisation from ourselves. You will be issued with a returns reference.
All claims must be issued within 5 days of receipt of the goods. Returns will be accepted and credited (less postage)
on goods that have been ordered from the site providing they meet the following criteria: - We are notified of any problem regarding the order as soon as it is received (as veils are made from such
delicate fabric we must insist that you check your veil over carefully as soon as you receive it so that we
can be sure that the problem occurred prior to opening). - They are returned postmarked within 7 days of receipt.
- They show no signs of damage or excess handling (unless previously notifed on the day of receipt).
- They are packaged with care in their original box.
- They were not a custom order item (these are non-returnable unless found to be faulty).
- They are suitable for resale.
If the item is found to be defective in any way you must notify us immediately on the day of receipt and return it
to us within the 7 day return period. It will be replaced with an identical item and postage costs will be paid by us.
No returns will be accepted for any reason after the 7 day period to ensure thay they have not been worn and returned.
Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled within 5 days of payment processing, after which time the order is considered to be a legally binding contract.
